Hey pple...

This is a joint blog shared by 2 lazy pple - Ciping & Wilbur, who wishes to use each other to maintain the blog. Sadly, Ciping is the more inactive one and Wilbur does most of the work in the end. Feel free to post comments on the tag-board, it feels good to know pple are actually reading and responding to your posts. It gives motivation to write more.

< I feel it coming... >

2nd day of proper school only. But already I'm busy up to my neck wtih stuff. Studies aside, lets talk about CCAs first.

CCAs I am or was once interested in:
- kayaking
- basketball
- ODAC
- Health & fitness
- CIC (Community involvment council)
- Drama
- Air Rifle
- Bowling
- Golf

Ok.. Right now its rounded down to 3.
- Kayaking
- Drama
- Air Rifle

Kayaking is almost confirmed.. coz i wanna join a sport. Only problem is: Training is 4 times a wk, which means I won't have much time for other ccas.

As for drama, I'm interested in it coz I hope that it'll be fun. Also, its a good change from the other ccas which focuses on the sports or sciences.. Looking towards the arts when I'm in the science stream would make a fine balance.

For air rifle, wasn't interested in it at 1st. But as I was free today, and I heard there was free guns to shoot at the air rifle range. I decided to give it a shot. I shot the air rifle and the air pistol. Air rifle was average but the air pistol guy was very impressed with my 'results'. Although I think its because he was a much better teacher than the other guy. But since I might have potential in it, why not give it a try? Marcus said it was so because of the training in 'athens' that he gave me, and coz i 'calculated' my shots. Deyang said it was because of CS. But I heard i'd have to take it as my MAIN CCA and training was 3 times a wk.

Well, if they're forcing me to give up kayaking and shoot air instead. I think I'd know which to give up already.

Now.. studies.. So far, lessons have been quite ok. Haven't felt much of the 'pressure' everyone seems to be talking about. But according to my teacher, next week will be the REAL THING. And if the 1st 3 months is considered honeymoon period, I wouldn't set my hopes too high yet for the time being.

Very soon, I think I won't have anytime to go online anymore. The bulk of my days would be spent on JC stuff. But that is precisely why I joined VJ, so that I can actively particpate as much as possible, since the distance factor makes it soo conducive =D.
