Hey pple...

This is a joint blog shared by 2 lazy pple - Ciping & Wilbur, who wishes to use each other to maintain the blog. Sadly, Ciping is the more inactive one and Wilbur does most of the work in the end. Feel free to post comments on the tag-board, it feels good to know pple are actually reading and responding to your posts. It gives motivation to write more.

"Good morning students, as you all know, next week.. is week 8."

Puzzled looks on faces.

"Traditionally, the O'level results are released on week 8."

Looks on realization start showing. Murmuring soon starts. The J2s applaud and clap.

"Wah! You all so confident that you'll do well ar. GOOD!"

With the results soon to be released, everybody is worried he, or she, would not be able to do well enough to remain in VJ. Some have their talent to back them up - sports or cultural groups, others decide to be enthusiastic and join the SC. The rest have to do it the true, pure mugger style - study for the maths common test coming up next week. It is the basis from which they will give their appeal should they do badly.

I wonder what the faces of everyone will show when I go back next week. Nervous chatter I suppose. There'll be a myriad of feelings - fear, uncertainty, nervousness, anxiety, excitement.. but when the results are out, its only happy OR sad. Will one run and jump around in joy? Will one go to a corner and weep? Or will he make his way to the 7 storey, aiming for that $200,000 eco-pond? But whatever he do, he'll have to aim carefully, or instead of the fishes, he'll land on the next guy being thrown into the pond.
